Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Only one account is allowed per user. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

Tokens, Gameplay & Rewards

• Users can purchase tokens through secure payment gateways to access quiz games.
• Each quiz is educational in nature and may offer prizes based on performance and score.
• Winnings can be in the form of cash, vouchers, or other benefits as defined in the game description.
• Withdrawals require a valid and verified UPI ID or bank account and are subject to verification.
• We reserve the right to hold or cancel rewards if fraud or policy violations are suspected.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using bots, automation tools, or unfair means to play or win games.
• Creating multiple accounts or abusing referral/reward systems.
• Uploading or sharing any content that is offensive, illegal, or violates rights of others.

Payments and Refunds

All payments for token purchases are processed via secure third-party gateways like Razorpay. Refunds are not issued once tokens are used or credited, except where required by law. Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

All content, including game logic, UI design, logos, and materials on Win80x, are our proprietary assets. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Win80x is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Use the platform at your own risk.

Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable laws. This includes forfeiture of tokens or winnings if misuse is detected.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand, India.

Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised terms.
