Win80x is a free general knowledge quiz platform that helps users learn and test their GK skills. Players compete on a global leaderboard updated daily based on quiz scores. The app is educational and skill-based, not a gambling or betting platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Win80x. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration

• Users may create an account using email or third-party authentication.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Gameplay & Leaderboard

• Quizzes are educational and based on general knowledge topics.
• Each game awards points based on correct answers and speed.

Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to play quizzes.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard.
• Posting offensive, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit the app or its systems.

Intellectual Property

All game content, design, code, and logos belong to Win80x Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or reuse any part of the app without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Win80x is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of quiz content.

Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, use cheats, or misuse the platform. Win80x also reserves the right to remove leaderboard entries suspected of fraud.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
